Efficient waste management requires accurate monitoring of dustbin fill levels to ensure timely collection and prevent overflow. This paper presents a unique design and implementation of a piezoelectric-based dustbin volume indication system with an LED indication light. The proposed system utilizes the piezoelectric effect to accurately measure the fill level of the dustbin in real-time and provides visual feedback through an LED indicator light. This costeffective solution offers a reliable method for waste management, promoting timely collection and preventing unnecessary overflow. The paper elaborates on the design principles, components, working mechanism, and experimental validation of the proposed system, highlighting its potential integration into waste management systems.
