In this paper, we introduced and studied basic properties of weaker form of multifunctions such as upper and lower 𝜏∗𝑚wg-continuous multifunctions. We obtain some of its characterizations with totally 𝜏∗𝑚wg-closed graph and strongly 𝜏∗𝑚wg-closed graph in Minimal Structures.
